  • Read Matthew 6:19-20. What is Jesus saying in these verses? What are treasures in heaven? 

  • What is your experience with giving to the church or other organizations? 

  • Are you investing in earthly things or are you investing in heaven? 

  • Read Malachi 3:10. What is God asking of His people in this verse? What do you think it means to test God in the area of giving?

  • Four steps to growing in this area:

    • Give something & give it consistently.

    • Grow to 10%. 

    • Go to 10%.

    • Be generous.


Spiritual Practice

Prayer: Spend time in prayer with God. Thank Him for all the blessings in your life. Ask Him to show you the ways you can start investing in the treasures of heaven.
