Who is the man in the middle?

Positioned between our belief and doubt, hanging in the middle of two criminals on a cross, bridging the gap between death and life is one man: Jesus, the man in the middle. But what does it mean for us that Jesus was the man in the middle? How can this reality change our Easter?

Jesus wasn’t just the man in the middle that day on the cross. He’s the man in the middle TODAY.

In the middle of our doubt.

In the middle of our beliefs.

In the middle of our pain.

In the middle of our relief.

In the middle of our hope.

In the middle of our unbelief.

Nothing about us can change where Jesus is and always will be—in the middle—but it’s up to us to bring those things to him.

Join us this Easter as we take a closer look at the man in the middle of the three crosses, the man in the middle of our doubt and belief. Both doubt and belief swirl inside us and Jesus meets us in the middle of that mess, bridging the gap and bringing us back to himself.
