57th Street Campus - Associate Campus Director
Embrace Church is looking for an Associate Campus Director for our 57th Street Campus.
FULL-TIME, 40 HOURS/WEEK

The Sioux Falls area is one of the fastest-growing cities in America. By 2031, we hope to reach 5% of Sioux Falls and the surrounding communities for Jesus.
Responsibilities
Communicate the vision & values of Embrace
Work under supervision of the 57th Street Campus Pastor to implement and execute ministry strategy
Lead staff and volunteers in order to develop leaders and multiply volunteers
Lead the way in relentlessly reaching the next person for Jesus
Lead Small Group experience and excellence at the campus
Lead the First Impressions ministry on Sunday mornings (parking, first time guests, sanctuary hosts, etc.)
Work with Groups & Leadership Director on creating community, and more groups at Embrace
Pastoral care responsibilities – administering communion, weddings, premarital counseling, funerals, baptisms, etc
Other duties as assigned

57th Street eKids Assistant Ministry Coordinator
Embrace Church is seeking a part-time eKids Assistant Ministry Coordinator.
PART-TIME, 20 HOURS/WEEK
The heartbeat of our church is to relentlessly reach the next person for Jesus. The Sioux Falls area is one of the fastest-growing cities in America. By 2031, we hope to reach 5% of Sioux Falls and the surrounding communities for Jesus. That 5% would be 12,500 souls for Jesus!
Responsibilities
Serve as a coordinator for Sunday morning eKids services (birth through 5th grade).
Recruit, train and encourage volunteers at specified location.
Ensure volunteers are background checked, vetted and approved before volunteering.
Maintain an accurate database of volunteers, kids and families (Planning Center).
Schedule volunteers for Sunday services.
Be available to serve as a resource for volunteers during Sunday services.
Become efficient with curriculum resource, plan content and activities for Sunday services (Orange).
Communicate and equip volunteers with a schedule and activities for Sunday services.
Provide and maintain a safe environment in all spaces utilized by eKids.
Meet and build relationships with eKids families on Sunday mornings and be a resource during the week.
Look for creative ways to take the eKids program to the next level.
Be willing to step in and lead any classroom if and when needed on Sunday mornings.
Plan and execute special eKids events (Christmas, Easter and Bible Party).
Maintain consistent and clear communication with volunteers and eKids families.
Work with Youth Coordinator to ensure a smooth transition of 5th graders to our e/y middle school program.
Attend and contribute to weekly all staff, campus and team meetings.
Report to eKids Director and work alongside other eKids Coordinators at specific campus.
Work with coordinators at each campus to provide a uniform global eKids experience.
Other duties as assigned.

College & Young Adult Pastor
Embrace is looking for a College & Young Adult Pastor to launch and oversee a consistent worship gathering dedicated to college students and young adults, set to begin in Fall 2025.

Key Responsibilities
Worship & Gathering:
Launch and oversee a consistent worship gathering dedicated to college students and young adults, set to begin in Fall 2025.
Develop and implement a dynamic communication strategy to effectively engage and connect with college students and young adults.
Collaborate closely with the Worship & Production Director to design and deliver an outstanding worship experience.
Establish small groups on campus aimed at discipling students and fostering a vibrant, lasting community.
Leadership Development:
Develop and nurture a high-performing volunteer team to lead and sustain a flourishing college ministry.
Design and implement a robust leadership pipeline for college students, empowering them to take ownership in ministry.
Mentor and support students fostering their leadership skills and spiritual growth.
Offer ongoing evaluation and coaching to empower ministry leaders in their development and effectiveness.
Strategic Outreach:
Develop a comprehensive strategy to effectively reach and engage college students and young adults, creating pathways for involvement and spiritual growth.
Connection & Care:
Cultivate a sense of community by identifying and raising up leaders who can connect college students and young adults with one another.
Establish care initiatives that prioritize the well-being of college students and young adults, ensuring they feel supported and as they pursue Jesus.

Campus Cleaner
Our team is looking for a part-time Campus Cleaner to help maintain our spaces on Sunday mornings.
PART-TIME, 8 HOURS/WEEK (Campus TBD)
Our team is looking for a part-time Campus Cleaner to help maintain our spaces on Sunday mornings.
Responsibilities
Before Services:
Walk around the exterior of the building and through the parking lot making sure there is no garbage, branches or other out of place objects.
Clean front windows and doors as needed in the winter. Squeegee front windows every Sunday morning in spring, summer & fall.
Do a walkthrough of all spaces to ensure all rooms are ready for the morning.
During Services:
Regularly walk public spaces to change our garbages and actively look for items that are out of place.
Be ready & available to help clean up coffee spills & dry mop the entry floor on rainy/snowy days.
Consistently check & refresh all bathrooms, including spot cleaning, wiping down counters, paper product refill and changing out garbages.
Vacuum salt, leaves and other debris on rugs or carpet as needed.
