North Carolina Disaster Relief Mission Trip.
In September 2024, Hurricane Helene caused catastrophic damage along the Gulf Coast and parts of the Southeastern United States.
Rebuilding efforts following the hurricane’s destruction are underway but there is still so much work to do due to widespread damage, supply chain issues and labor shortages.
Embrace is able and wanting to send a team of people to be an active part of those rebuilding efforts.
To do so, Embrace is partnering with Praying Pelicans for a short-term mission trip to Asheville, North Carolina to help restore homes and businesses impacted by this storm. It’s our hope that this group of 35 people will be the hands & feet of Jesus in North Carolina.
Trip dates are March 1 - 7, 2025. Total trip cost is up to $1,800 per person, which includes flights to Charlotte out of Sioux Falls.
There will be a meeting for people interested in the trip on Thursday, January 23 at 6:30 pm at the 57th Street Campus.
