Spiritual Practice
Reflection: Breathe and reflect on the questions you just answered. Think about how you feel. Do you consistently feel joy? Or is joy something that is lacking in your life? If you feel you’re lacking joy, consider what’s causing that. How can you start to renew your joy?
Prayer: Spend time in prayer with God. If you struggle to feel joy, tell Him. Talk to Him about why you’ve been lacking joy. Then ask Him to help you get your joy back. Ask God to help you rediscover the beauty in the world, to help you renew your vision, and to help you recommit to His ways.
