Volunteer at the Embrace Durfee Campus

Each week, a team of volunteers will travel to the Durfee Campus in Springfield to host at Embrace service and encourage and connect with those living inside prison walls.

Please complete all steps below. To keep track of potential volunteers, notify Chuck Smith via email that you have completed the online application process. He will submit your name to the facility.

• Fill out an application here. Select Embrace as your church.

• Fill out the DOC Access Approval Liability Waiver.

• Sign the DOC Online 8HR Training Verification Form.

• Read, understand, and fill out the Volunteer Handbook. On page 10 put "God Behind Bars" next to Volunteer. For End Date, put one calendar year from the current date. You will renew your application every year.

• Submit all paperwork to Chuck Smith for him to file.
