Full Time (40+ hrs/week)


  • Own all aspects of accounting for Embrace including: data entry, payroll, accounts payable, reconciliation and reporting.
  • Budget maintenance and reporting.  
  • Track unrestricted and restricted funds utilizing subsidiary ledgers.
  • Prepare and submit quarterly/yearly payroll reporting.
  • Total, batch, and deposit donations.
  • Ensure adequate recordkeeping.
  • Manage reporting through QuickBooks Online.
  • Other duties as assigned.
