What is a Small Group Leader? A Small Group Leader is someone with a heart to help people connect in meaningful community where personal growth can happen and relationships can be established and nurtured over time.
Group leadership does not require any particular gifting or personality type. Successful group leaders are people who are committed to growing in their relationship with Jesus and helping other people do likewise.
Group leaders are supported through an ongoing relationship with a Small Group Coach who provides prayer, feedback and practical support to the Small Group Leaders. Training also takes place through various events and communication pieces throughout the year.
