A BIG PRAISE. Allan spoke today--even though he has a tracheotomomy. When asked where he is from, he replied, "Sioux Falls." This is major!! He still is sleeping quite a bit, as he has lots of healing yet to do. It is the hope to put in a feeding tube soon and then he will move to a rehab center, where he will probably be treated for several months. Thank you for all of your prayers--keep praying for continued healing!!

I have a heavy heart today as I have just learned that one of my employee's best friend took his life last night. He was 19 years old, very bright and a heck of a good friend. I don't understand how life's situations can be so bad that this is the only way out, especially at such a young age. I pray that God will give his family and friends closure and be with them in this time of need. I thank God for all of the blessings in my life and constantly remind myself that life isn't about me, it's about God. Never take life for granted. Thank you for your prayers...

I could sure use some prayer help. I am in a tough spot at work and it is possible that my position could be eliminated. Please pray that the decision makers see me as valuable so I can keep my job and continue to support my family. If my spot is eliminated, it is possible I would have to move and would be separated from my children. I do not want that. Please pray and thank you so much.

A family from our old church in Washington got a very hard diagnosis to hear about their 7 year old son yesterday. He has a spread of tumors between his sternum, abdomen and spleen. They are running additional tests today and installing a portal into his chest to begin radiation. Please pray for strength, peace and healing.

One of our closest friends, Allan, is in a semi-comatose state in an Omaha hospital. He suffered a stroke and a brain bleed following a surgical procedure. Please pray for Allan and for his family. He and his wife were our guests at the Good Friday service at Embrace.

​Just heard from my dad that my grandpa, who is 80 and has Parkinson's, just totaled their car and has a fractured L4 vertebrae. They aren't sure where he was going or when he left, but he hasn't driven much in the last year. They are in the process right now of transferring him from the hospital in West Union, IA to Lacross, IA. He is pretty drugged right now so they don't know the extent of the damage yet till he gets to the hospital. If you could just pray that the damage isn't very extensive. The last several years he's been getting more and more frail.

Please pray for me that God brings the man He has chosen to be my husband to me soon. I have been single all my life. I have never married. I will be going on 51 years of age soon and I desire to be married. I have this longing in my heart to share my life with a man who loves me as Christ loves the church. I am asking that God reveals/confirms who my future husband is to me. Pray for me that God will move SWIFTLY on my behalf. I am asking God to send His angels to visit my husband and direct his paths to me,soon.
